I love brie. It is so good and so versatile. Brie goes with pretty much any kind of fruit, vegetable or meat, so this recipe is a great opportunity for you to use your imagination and have some fun experimenting.
Brie in puff pastry is pretty simple too, once you get the hang of it. I used to make my own puff pastry but I don’t really have the time to do that these days and hey, the Tenderflake variety that you can buy at your local grocery store is the next best thing.
The other thing I love about this recipe is that it’s great for any occasion, whether it be special or just an ordinary day!
