This glaze is so easy and so delicious, you’ll want to use it on everything. It has a really rich, fudgey taste, you’ll love. This is a great topping for the choux paste éclairs we made last week.

Directions:

Yield: 1/2 cup

  1. In heavy saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add (Sifted) Cocoa & Icing Sugar and stir until combined.
  3. Add Vanilla and Stir.
  4. Add hot water 1 teaspoon at a time and stir until smooth and of desired consistency.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsps of Cocoa
  • 2 tbsps of Butter or Margarine
  • 1/2 cup of Icing Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp of Hot Water
