This glaze is so easy and so delicious, you’ll want to use it on everything. It has a really rich, fudgey taste, you’ll love. This is a great topping for the choux paste éclairs we made last week.
Directions:
Yield: 1/2 cup
- In heavy saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add (Sifted) Cocoa & Icing Sugar and stir until combined.
- Add Vanilla and Stir.
- Add hot water 1 teaspoon at a time and stir until smooth and of desired consistency.
