It’s my Niece Lily’s 4th birthday and she has requested a Barbie Princess Cake. She’s all about Barbies, Princesses and the colour PINK so hopefully I’m up for the challenge. This week I’m putting the cake together and making the sugar paste flowers to attach to it.
This cake can be changed in a number of ways to suit your tastes. Change the color of the fondant and sugar paste to make a different dress. Also, there are a number of different Barbie types available. I hope you all give this cake a try and send me pictures!
