Ganache makes a great topping, sauce or filling for your favorite desserts, cakes and pastries. It’s so quick and very easy to make.
Directions:
Yield: 1 and 1/2 cups
- In a small saucepan, bring the heavy whipping cream to a boil over medium heat.
- Once the chocolate reaches a boil, remove from the heat and whisk in the chocolate chips.
- Stir until all of the chocolate is melted and smooth. Set aside and allow the chocolate to cool completely.
- When you are ready to use, quickly whisk the ganache. Top your favorite dessert and enjoy!

- 1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3/4 cup of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
