Spinach Salad is one of the simplest things to make and is always very popular as a side dish, regardless of the occasion. It can be made up in a hurry and is a great dish for supper or lunch, especially during the hot summer months. Just add a grilled chicken breast, steak or any kind of seafood and you’ve got a really nice meal. Delicious and nutritious.

Directions:

Yield: As much as preferred

  1. Combine ingredients individually or toss in a bowl.
  2. Top with Dressing.

Ingredients:

  • To taste, Baby Spinach (washed, spun dry, with thick stems removed)
  • To taste, Fresh Cucumber Sliced
  • To taste, Sliced Fresh White Mushrooms
  • To taste, Red Onion Slices
  • To taste, Hard Boiled Eggs (1 per person)
  • To taste, Real Bacon Bits
  • To taste, Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • To taste, Fresh Fruit if desired (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, etc.)
  • To taste, Poppy Seed Dressing or Dressing of your choice (Raspberry Vinaigrette is great)
